This improvisational theater workshop introduces an innovative way to teach students important skills for a future in science. Research shows that improv training has a positive impact on skills such as problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and communication about science. Workshop participants will engage in exercises on the basic principles of improv and discuss applications of these principles to engage students in their own science classrooms.
